10 ways to avoid heart attack if you are diabetic
Having diabetes increases your risk of developing high blood pressure and cardiovascular problems. Find out what you can do for a healthy heart.
Try to maintain ideal body weight (Body Weight = Height (in cm) -100).
Do exercise 30 minutes per day for at least 4 days a week; consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
Eat a healthy diet rich in vegetables, fruits and low in fat.
Avoid smoking and alcohol
