But i don’t now whr to get and also pls display the herbs. Following simple Apple diet will help lose weight swiftly. Take 1 apple before breakfast, 2 apples before lunch and 1 apple before dinner will reduce weight swiftly. I suggest you to check your thyroid, iron, vitamin D levels. Medicines like Navaka Guggulu (2-2-2 before food with warm water), Loham (101) – 125 mg thrice daily before food with warm water, Avipattikara Choornam (5 gm at bed time with warm water) help.
A planned diet, yoga and physical exercises help in losing weight quickly and in maintaining it. Add more fresh vegetables, fruits etc to your diet.
2. Hi. pl suggest some home remedies for IBS for 69 years old woman who has been on soft diet last 20 years. she has tried ayurveda earlier but they have aggravated the condition. she also has osteoarthritis in both knees which is very painful. she cannot sleep due leg pain and has a bloated tummy.
IBS is a speciality of Ayurveda. Ayurveda medicines and therapies, diet and exercise can help. Fresh curry leaves (5 gm) + fresh ginger (2 gm) + fresh coriander leaves (2 gm) as paste with buttermilk on an empty stomach will ease the condition.
Medicines like Dadimashtaka Choornam (3 gm with buttermilk 1 hour before food), Musta Arishtam (15 ml + 45 ml of water thrice daily after food) + Dhanvantharam gutika 2 nos swiftly helps to relieve IBS and leg pain. Medicated oil bath with Dhanvantharam Thailam helps to relax the body and mind which in turn rejuvenate the body.
Avoid spicy foods, salty, oily foods and alcohol. Yoga and physical exercises also help.
3. Hello doctor, i am 34 years old smoking addict. is there any remedy to quit this.
Yes, more than remedy, a holistic plan with yoga, meditation, diet and medicines would help. You have to understand one important factor. When you can live without smoking for one hour can’t you live for 24 hours. Every person requires a personalised healing plan hence i request you to contact me.
4. Dear doctor, can you give us simple recipe for allergies like cough, cold, sneezing. i generally take dry ginger kashayam for sore throat but dont know how to control sneezing.
It shows that your immunity is too low. Drink adequate amount of water, add fresh fruits and good amount of vegetables in the diet. Improving physical exercises also improves your immunity. Instead of dry ginger kashayam, please take milk processed with fresh ginger which improves the immunity in no time and indirectly helps overcome cough, cold and sneezing permanently.
