These medicines are available in any Ayurveda Medical shops in India. Ayurveda company web sites like Dabur, Baidyanath etc web sites also sell it online.

2. Dear Doctor, I am 36 year old man, married for 5 years with one kid. I weigh 115 kilos, all the symptoms of obesity (mentioned in the above article) hold true for me. Please advise some tips to improve my health. I have high BP as well (if possible please suggest some medicine). Thanks
As I have recommended many times before, a simple apple diet is the most effective way to reduce weight and hypertension. Take 1 apple before breakfast, 2 apples before breakfast and 2 apples before dinner followed by your regular meal. Improving water intake and fiber foods, avoiding non vegetarian, fatty, salty and spicy foods and drinks also help.

Ayurveda medicines like Hyper 1 capsules thrice daily 5 minutes before food with warm water and Saptamruta Loha 2 tablets and Navaka Guggulu 2 tablets thrice daily after food with warm water also helps.
