I get lots of sneezing every day, almost 10 times a day and each time continuously 6 to 7 sneezing.
I should sincerely accept that I have not gone for any treatment till now even though I am suffering from this since 10 years. Now I shifted to Bangalore recently for job purpose. Here the atmosphere is cold that my suffering has gone more and I am not getting sound sleep now a days. My body is also an overheat body,One of my friend is doing ayurvedic course (MBBS) from Tirupathi University, he told that my body is of “pitta- vayu” type. He explained something about that but I did’nt get what he was talking about. This happened just a couple of months back.
