1. Home remedies for diabetic my mother is having pls sugeeest !!
Instead of suggesting and following just home remedies pl take a holistic approach with Ayurveda, yoga and diet. This would help better to manage diabetes.
A brisk, 30-minute walk, reduced rice intake, including anti oxidants in your diet etc would improve blood sugar levels and reduce the complications of diabetes
More antioxidants like Aloe Vera Juice, Amla Juice, Noni Juice also help.
Prepare a mixture by adding equal quantities of turmeric powder and dried gooseberry powder with honey or drink equal quantities of gooseberry juice and fresh turmeric juice on an empty stomach daily.
Eat garlic regularly as it regulates sugar level.
Dalchini (Cinnamonum zeylancium) is also an effective herb – 2 gm once a day on empty stomach with warm milk improves the condition in no tim.
2. Dear Sir, I read your answer for hair loss and grey hair remedy from the page “http://health.sify.com/ayurveda-qa-how-to-treat-liver-cirrhosis/”. To my knowledge almost all of the suggestions (and also ayurvedic products available in market) are based on Amla, and other things which are more and more cold type.
I am a kapha type body person. When I tried them, I got severe cold, caugh, fever and other cold related troubles. For Gods sake, do really any reamedy available in ayurvedha for people like us. I have been searching for such things for almost near 2 decades and couldn’t find at least one.
While suggesting any possible remedies, it would be better to explain what type of body can try use them, and who should avoid them.
Thanks and Regards,
Thanks for the feedback. This advise is general. Before trying anything for yourself, I suggest you visit a nearby physician. You may be aware of your body type but how many others would do. More over it is always better to have a personalized healing plan from a physician.

4. I am Lata/f/39/Delhi. Now-a-days I am having a lot of muscular pain like in thighs, shoulders, due to which I am not able to sit and not able to pick something. Kindly suggest some remedy. I used to take SUMO tablet for pain relief but there is no effect.
How much water do you drink per day? What kind of physical exercise do you do? Please regulate them. As remedy, eat Maha Yoga Raja Guggulu + Arthojith capsules 2 tablets twice daily 5 minutes before food and Kasis Bhasma 250 mg thrice daily after food with warm milk.
External application of Dhanvatharam Thailam followed by warm water bath improves the blood circulation to the affected area and reduces the stiffness and pain.
