3. i am trying to conceive , can i take sukumara kashayam even this month also. or after the pregnancy only? i have taken 1 bottle last month and continuing now . Pls advice.
Sukumaram kashayam increases the blood flow to the uterus and other reproductive organs. It should never be taken if you are trying for a baby. It is good if you have any problems related to ovulation, conception etc.

Take 10 gm of Satavari (Indian Asparagus roots) with 100 ml of warm milk and 200 ml of water processed in mild fire until it become 100 ml. Filter and take this once a day in empty stomach. This will improve the chances of conception and also improves the strength of reproductive organs.
