How old is she? If she is less than 5 years giver her Rajanyadi Choornam – 1 gm + honey thrice daily after food. If she is above 5 years give her 3 gm of Dadimashtaka Choornam with buttermilk. Make sure her hands are clean. Usually children less than 3 years develop diarrhea because of finger sucking etc. if this habit can be prevented the diarrhea and other common infections can be prevented.

5.2′ with 50 Kg looks like the right weight. Please add some fruits to your diet. This will improve your anti oxidant levels which in turn helps you to gain positive weight. Take Navras pak 1 table spoon twice daily with warm milk, Vitadom capsules 1-1-1 after food with warm milk also do help.
