No you would have to avoid certain fruits like banana, chickoo, mangoes and custard apple…you could include other citrus fruits especially melons and jamuns…

For a person on a sedentary job requirement should be 1800 calories throughout the day and the main meal should be between 300-400 calories and light snacks of about 200-300 calories…

Pls keep your weight under check..do some form of physical activity..include a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, food that is low on the glycemix index.. and do not forget to keep yourself hydrated.

You could use jobrandi hair oil or a mixed combination of coconut, olive and castor oil for a light hair massage and pls avoid vigorous massages.

Soyabeen, flax seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, sprouts, yoghurt, milk products, almonds should help in preventing hairfall. Try to include them in your daily diet and you will see good results.

i give my daughter a diffrnt soup everyday but add potato in all for thickness. is that ok?
That sure is healthy! Rather than using corn starch ..you could puree some of the vegetables also to thicken it up…

what veg can i give my 6 yr old to improve her eyesight?
All green and yellow vegetables.. greens like palak, methi, coriander, mint chutneys, yellows like carrot, pumpkin and even fruits like mangoes and foods fortified with Vitamin A…these would definitely help in her eyesight.
