This week’s answers:
1. Hi mam……..iam 30 year of old i live in dubai……..i have more hair fall plz tell me the solution of this………..& i have 4 year daughter she have darkcircle in her eyes……please tell me the solution of this?
Dear sharath there can be many reasons for hair fall. It is difficult for me to to tell you an exact solution with out a detailed history and examination how ever the most common of them is nutrition and hereditary related. We will address the nutrition issue. Pls do your blood profile to make sure your iron , calcium are at good levels or make sure you take supplements along with necessary vitamins like biotin for hair. Protein is however very important in your diet. Oiling an age old hair care habit can save and protect your hair at any stage. Coconut oil is your best bet. You could also try parachute therapy.
Your daughter may be a little girl make sure her eating and sleeping habits are good and monitor her tv and computer time. She will be good.
2. hi i am richa i my face is dark brown and rest of my body is fair I want to use glutathione tablets for clear it can i use it .. or what can i do for getting ride this situation?
Glutathione tablets are very good. Do try them. Make sure you also take vitamin C along with it as glutatheone will not get absorbed otherwise. Do use a good sun screen and a de tanning lotion at night. Like glycolic acid or Kojic acid. Gentle scrub twice a week will help remove the dead skin and your skin will glow.
3. Since Monsoons are approaching, how can I take care of my Hair in this season?
The worst that happens to hair during this season is it getting porous. So gets brittle and frizzy as well. And if you ever comb it while ir is wet you’ll break it furthere so increasing hair fall. Moat important is to dry your hair all the time. Keep away from chemical treatments for hair these months and use coconut oil not only on your scalp but apply it liberally all thro thr hair till the ends. There are studies that prove that coconut oil helps minimizing hair pores and strengthens hair.
4. My hair has become very dull and dry due to excessive styling and undergoing treatments, please suggest something?
Dear mansi a deep conditioning treatment with coconut oil will help. And choose a good hair masque will return the hydration to some extent. Color your hair dark. They make it look less frizzy. Take some oral supplements of primrose oil, omega 3 oil. And vitamins required for hair. There are specific multivitamin capsules available specifically for hair.
