1. i recently had a fat analysis test done in office…. and d lady said i had 28% fat in my body and needed to work out.. but since my weight is 47kgs and height is 5ft 2inc i found this very odd.. in addition i have quite a lean apperance too… can you please suggest some methods to reduce the fat without losing much weight

Women’s body fat percentage categories are:

Athletes 14-20%
Fitness 21-24%
Average 25-31%

To reduce fat, I suggest you start an exercise plan…begin by walking for 30 minutes daily and then after about 1 month or so, you can add some strength exercises (consult a certified fitness trainer) such as push ups, ab crunches, squats to your exercise routine.

3. I am 28 yrs old, and my weight is 65.5kgs and height is 5.3. I want to reduce about 7-8 kgs of weight in another 1 months time.

Kindly provide me with some good diet vegetarian plan, since i have left eating non-veg due to my weight. I love eating pastries and ghee not daily may be 3 times a week.

Since, i am working female i do not have time for exercise. Kindly provide me some good plan at the earliest.
