Health recipe of the day

Bananas are rich in potassium and good for your heart. This banana shake makes an energetic breakfast beverage.

Ingredients:
1 – banana
150 gms – low fat yoghurt
30ml – organic honey
Crushed ice as required

Method
Blend all the ingredients together
