Health recipe of the day: Mango Lassi

Mangoes are abundant during the summer season. The ‘king of fruit’ is rich in amino acids, vitamin C and E, flavonoids, beta carotene, niacin, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

It’s great for your eyes, good for your skin and can even fight cancer. Mangoes are rich in iron and can be used to treat anaemia.
