While it is widely believed that diabetics need to follow a strict dietary regimen, in actuality, a healthy balanced diet that is good for everyone else is good for a diabetic. A low carbohydrate, low fat diet, is considered to be ideal.
Make sure you have three regular meals a day breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try and space two consecutive meals with a snack.
