I have plenty of Dandruf, So please guide me which Anti-dandruff shampoo should i use to stop hair falling

Dandruff treatment
Unfortunately there is no cure for dandruff yet (once you get it you may continue to have it), but there are ways that you can control and limit dandruff.

If you have only a mild case of dandruff, shampooing your hair with a regular shampoo daily or twice a day will usually do the trick.
Start out by trying a mild shampoo. Stronger shampoos can irritate and dry out your hair making dandruff flaking worst.

If your standard shampoo doesn’t get rid of your dandruff, buy an anti-dandruff shampoo and your dandruff condition should improve signifigantly in a couple of weeks.

Picking the right shampoo for your hair can be a process of trial and error, try out different shampoos to see which one works best for you and also rotating shampoos periodically can be good for your hair.

Once you have found an anti-dandruff shampoo that works for you, keep on using it or your dandruff will most likely reoccur.
Lather and rinse twice when using anti-dandruff shampoos, the first time cycle will clean your scalp, the second cycle will medicate it.

In Homoeopathy, you can use Arnica Shampoo.

2.Can you mention the side effects due to prolonged use of Aralia? According to me, I feel “stiffness in joints” and “freezing Shoulders”. Am I right in relating this side effect to Aralia? If not, kindly let me know the other complications of Aralia.
Excess of everything is bad, same rule applies to Aralia or any other medicine as well. As homoeopathy is based on a principle of Similia Similibus Curentur which states that a disease can be cured by a substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people. So, if Aralia can cure a specific set of symptoms, then overuse or misuse of it can also cause some side-effects. If used according to principle of Homoeopathy and when clearly indicated, Aralia will hardly produce any side-effects.

3. i am 36 year old 70%hair loss in centre of the head, what type of treatment needed?
Homoeopathy does have a very good role in preventing hair-loss but for that you’ll have to consult a qualified homoeopath who will provide you a constitutional treatment considering your physical, mental and social factors.
