Making smart, healthy food choices throughout the day is a vital part of any weight loss plan. Of course, it is a known fact that fruits and vegetables should constitute a major part of our meal. But would’nt it be great if we could lay our hands on really low calorie vegetables? We have here a list of easily available vegetables that make our meals nutritious and keep our weight down too.

Information regarding calorie dense foods is easily available but about low calorie foods are not that easily available. Many of my clients ask for information about the vegetables that contain low amount of calories and can be consumed in large quantity with out altering their figure.
