This week’s answers:
1. Hi..could u pl tell the best diet plan to loss weight.?
Best one is that what you modify in your daily eating menu plans. This means just eat less of the rice/wheat etc or whatever is being cooked at home and avoid sweets, oily or fried foods. Do not try to go on a diet plan that is not related to your kind of eating or which you cannot follow for the rest of your life.
For example if you are a rice eater then reduce a handful of it at the meal. If you eat 4 chapatis then eat only 3. If you eat sweets instead of it eat a ripe fruit. These kind of small changes along with some kind of exercise will help you lose weight.
2. Can 2.5 ml olive oil can be taken with salad etc., instead of using it for cooking food, with the same benefits ? Also, is 2.5 ml ok as max quantity per day?
Yes you may do so. 2.5 ml is a small amount. You can reduce other oils in your cooking and use 15ml of olive oil daily. The total oil content will depend on how many calories you are eating daily.
