1. I get back pain when I get up from the bed in the morning or after sitting for a long time during office hours. Please suggest me some exercise or your views of the same.
please contact nearest physiotherapist and learn spinal flexion exercises and do them twice a day for 10 days. Even then if your pain persists contact your ortho doctor

2. My son has pain in the legs most of the days. he is 15yrs old and plays a lot. for how many years do growing pains last?
till 18 to 20 years

3. i am 40 yrs old. i get pain in either of the knees occasionally. there is no reason why it starts and goes away on its own. what may be the reason and will i get arthritis?
your complaints look like arthritis only. You need not fear that. Simple exercises can help you carry out daily activities without pain
