1. Doctor, I have severe back pain. We work long hours in night shifts. Should I use a hard chair for sitting straight than these cushion chairs?
Hard or cushion chairs does maka a differance. Please sit fully in the chair. Don’t slouch. Give frequent breaks while sitting for long hours. Do some spine muscles strengthening exercises.
2. hi. im had pain in my left shoulder-arm joint 12 years ago and underwent physiotherapy. now im ok but somethimes when i get hit there it pains very badly. what could be the reason?
Probably chronic inflammation is the reason. If your pain is not settling with rest and pain killers you may need physio again
3. dear doctor, pl suggest how to prevent scoliosis. will it lead to slip disc problem?
Scoliosis may not lead to slip disc problems. Its very difficult to completely prevent scoliosis.
4. Like to purchase a leg knee folding machine what to do ? kindly send the prize list and catlogs please
Thats called a CPM machine which helps to bend your knees without you doing that. Many models are available. You can contact your nearest physiotherapist for a place to buy that.
