have just been detected with OA, rt knee. no medicines have been given as yet as the review is on the 7th.
May I request you for guidance for all remedies other than medicines.with regards
It’s better if you avoid squatting, sitting on the floor cross legged, standing for long hours, sitting on a low sofa, jumping and jogging.
