1. Sir, I have been suffering from cervical strain for the past eight months. i have tried out allopathy but not satisfactory. its increasing. i would like to be completely cured of this.
what is your age? Do you have pain radiating to your hands? Do you have any numbness of hands? What treatment you had earlier? Did you have any physiotherapy?
2. Dear VV Prasad Sir, Last week I have sliped from motorbike, I had an injury on my right leg knee join (dr. called its injury on tibia). I went to dr. he got x-ray of my leg and said you had fracture on tibia (which is knee joint) it is inplace fracture so we don’t need to surgery we are just covering your leg from cylinder cast for 5 weeks. in these 5 weeks you don’t need to put your leg on surface and don’t bear any weight.
sir please kindly suggest me. it passed 8 days my leg covering from cylinder cast. i am having much difficulties. i need to make quick healing even i m not having pain now. i can easily put my leg up . please suggest me what to do that my cast removed with in one week more.. i can’t wait for 3 weeeks more… please suggest me

Sorry Mr.S.J.A.Shah this fracture needs 6 weeks minimum. Please follow your doctor’s advice and I am sure there are no shortcuts.
