1. Sir, I broken right Tibia and Fib. near anckle spiral fracture. Plate and screw fitted on both the broken bone on 27/7/2011. Doctor allow to bear full load on 15 Nov2011. Now plate and screw at ankle come out from skin and visible. I kept dressing the exposed part. Please advise me

If plate and screws are seen through the skin then they should be removed. Contact your doctor immediately.

2. Hello sir ,I am Nasim 17years old suffering from heap pain around two year’s ago.That pain was severe in left heap.I met various doctors but could not find out any conclusion. My whole spine was MRI could not find any defect.Two year’s ago ,I am good athlete but on this time nothing.

Please do an MRI of your hip joints and not spine. if it is normal then you need not worry. If something abnormal is found then contact your doctor.
