1. Dear Sir, I have pain below my left heel. It happens on n’ off! It starts on its own and stops on its own. I did try aryuvedic. Felt better. But again it has started. Its not everyday but then there are times when it occurs often in a day. Can you please advice me
Mostly you should be having plantar fasciitis. Try soft MCR or MCP slippers. Please do ultrasound massage for that heel. If nothing is working you might need a steroid injection at the painful site.
2. I am a working woman, 41 years, For last 3 months I have pain on my left knee. It pains more while climbing up & down the stairs. Doctor gave me vitamins and iron tabs, but the pain still persist. Any suggestion please.
Please try hot water fomentation or wax bath for that knee with quadriceps exercises.
3. Dear doctor, im 70yrs old. I get pain in my right shoulder now and then. What could be the reason?
Are you a diabetic patient? If yes, mostly you must be having Periarthritis shoulder. Pain killers and simple exercises will help you.
