This week’s answers:
1. Hi, My name is Hitesh Makhija, I suffer from severe neck pain. I work as a consultant and work daily on my laptop for about 8-9 hours. Can you please suggest me excersies or something else which can reduce my neck pain and dizzy ness.
Please feel free to get in touch if you need any further details.
Thanks & Regards
Your complaints look like you are having a neck strain. its not good to work for long hours before the monitor.
Please take frequent short breaks. you can try some muscle strengthening exercises for your neck.
But if dizziness is more better to consult an orthopaedic surgeon in person.
2. Doctor, what is the difference between minimally invasive and traditional knee replacement? How effective is keyhole surgery in India?
Minimally invasive is having a small incision. by doing this there is a smaller scar tissue. the healing period for skin and soft tissue is much lower compared toa traditional incision.
3. Is acupuncture a good way of treating flat foot? Will flat foot footwear have effect and improve the condition even when worn after age 16?
Accupuncture can only relieve your pain. Minimal exercises for your foot and comfortable loose foot wear will reduce the pain in daily living.
