I sprained my ankle 10 months ago.thae burning sensation increases with motion.pop boot has also been applied.
i took mri scan the result shows:

1.minimal fluid around the talonavicular joint.

2.minimal fluid around the tibialis posterior tendon is non specific and could represent tenosynovitis.

Kindly suggest me the solution

Those tissue reactions the mri showing is mostly due to the injury.some more rest to the ankle will do.

Dear Doctor

I am a 47 year old male. I experience severe pain in the heel of both feet in the morning after waking up.I have to limp for a while before the pain subsides. Ia m fat (85 kgs)for my age and my height is 5′.7″. My fatness is around my belly region only. I do not smoke or drink nor eat non veg food.

Of late the pain in the heels are there during the entire day but not as much intense as it is in the morning. A massage now ad then gives relief. Lower back pain has also started and there is a stiffness in the back.

Please advice medication /exercise

Please wear MCR or MCP slippers inside and outside the house. ultasound massage for painfull area will help.
