Good morning Doctor

My husband aged about 53 yrs. recently had a knee sprain 1 month back and the MRI report says Grade II miniscus tear

He is applying the oil given by the Kottakkal vaidyar

He was under rest for 2-3 weeks and joined duty now, but he has pain some time.

Pl inform further course of treatment for this

Thanks & Regards

Usually the meniscal injury takes at-least 6 to 8 weeks to settle. He can go to work but its better if he can take some more rest without walking or knee bending. If nothing works we need to think about surgical measures.
