3. Doctor, I am exercising regularly with yoga. How to find out if there is an exercise injury?
You will have sudden pain in any particular area either in the soft tissue or bones. This pain mostly will settle with rest.
4. Im 23 yrs old, getting knee pain sometimes in left leg. Weight is normal. I travel by 2-wheeler. Pl advice
23 yrs old getting knee pain is to be investigated. Better get an orthopaedic opinion.
