Hi shivalinge. You should do supta dandasan for lower stomach for 5 mins with legs really straight and for ur sides do trikonasan n parighasan.

2. I came across your column on sify.com. Can you please recommend some good power yoga instructors in Mumbai.

3. How to get rid of renal stones through yoga?

Hi. You can do some twisting asanas like marichyasan , ardha matsyendrasan, bhardvajasan. Twists can help for the passage of the stone as twists rinse out the organs.
