1. My daughter is 13 year old and her weight is 69.kindly advice how to reduce her weight
Child obesity should be taken seriously. Make her get involved in sports – swimming is really good and yoga thrice a week. Yoga is the best form of exercise to stimulate metabolism and also helps to create a calm mind and healthy self-belief.
2. I want to lose my weight. How to do it?
Become active physically and be regular in your practise. Do lots of surya namaskar starting from 6 and do as many as 24. Walk, swim, eat healthy fresh foods. Avoid sweets and fried foods. Drink lots of water.
3. Dear Trisha, please suggest asanas to practise meditation. I am unable to sleep well though I am not stressed. I would like to meditate to improve sleep
Do forward bending asanas to improve sleep like paschimnamaskar, janu sirshasan, adhomukhavirasan,uttanasan. Also do dhyan mudra every day for half an hourdrink camomile tea at night.
4. Hi Trisha, is there any way to lower blood sugar by yoga. Pl help
Yes do twisting asanas like marichyasan, bhardvajasan, ardha matsyendrasan, and inversions under supervision to be done are sarvangasan and sirshasan.
