1. Dear madam: Kindly advise on yoga for Acidity related stress and Cholestrol as I am suffering from both.
Sit in vajrasan and dandasan for acidity and for high cholestrol do forward bends like paschimuttanasan and janu sirshasan and hamstring strectches with a belt.
2. hi maam i am 31 years old. My weight is 82 kg please suggest me some diet plan. please iet me know some yoga for my tummy.waiting for ur response.
Eat a very light dinner. Nothing after 7pm, only hot water. Do 6 surya namaskars every day for a month then increase to 12. Keep ur stomach muscles tight all the time all day except for one hour after food and yet breathe normally.
3. Hi, I am 47 yrs old women. I go for walk for 1 hr occasionally. I try to eat low fat, carbohydrate , & protein diet . I have a big stomach which I want to reduce through Yoga. And also have sagging muscle through cesarean happened long time. So how to reduce big stomach & have a flat toned stomach.
Just change your exercise routine and food habits a bit. Have lots of hot water all day. No dinner after 7pm and lots of fruit and vegetables. Get my yoga dvd titled power yoga – the daily sutra. It has a full stomach workout.
