1. I am 34 old my stomach is around 58cm i want to reduce it
Do supta dandaasan for 5 mins every day and keep your stomach really tight all the time except after meals. Drink hot water through the day. No food after 7 pm.
2. Dear Trisha Maharaj Singh, my wife underwent multiple surgery for hernia & removal of her uterus. Please suggest which type of yoga can help her to become normal for day-to-day activities.
Your wife should do supta baddhakon asan for fifteen mins each day. And hamstring stretches with a belt, sarvangasan under supervision, setubandhasan and prasarita paduttanasan also very good for her to keep the pelvic walls fit and pelvic joints firm.
3. Hi! Is there any cure for diurnal/inguinal hernia in Yoga? Most asanas state that they should not be done with conditions of hernia. Can one attempt asanas with a hernia belt?
Better not to do anything on your own. Go to a medical yoga class where you practise under supervision and do only a few asanas that help circulation without straining the stomach.
